Thanks to some nice moves Ludovít Reis could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Christer Olsson however easily saved by the left post. 48 minutes into the match, Annedal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bubu Denat came free, but Christer Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Annedal FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luis Bladi to make the kick off. Christer Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toni Soler in the 51st minute of the match. Christer Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bubu Denat, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atak Mukerrem in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejandro Verdu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57th minute, David Ballester made a precise shot to the right of Christer Olsson. Annedal FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Alejandro Verdu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atak Mukerrem in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goalkeeper Alejandro Verdu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Bladi. Annedal FC's Billy Harman was substituted for Alfred Ödmann. David Ballester made in the 93rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Lluis Rivas. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
