The tension between the Los kyes and the Plebeyos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ciro Di Croce kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Los kyes's Julio Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guilherme Basso in the 11th minute of play. Adama Traore hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Guilherme Basso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vidal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute Nderim Pepo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute Plebeyos were awarded a corner. Emil Kostadinov went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Plebeyos's Emil Kostadinov to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vidal despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Guilherme Basso struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Julio Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Plebeyos. A collision led to Los kyes getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Bertil Bergström hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Guilherme Basso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arsenio Cordeal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nderim Pepo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Clemente Fe hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Clemente Fe made in the 64th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Eduardo Tuzzio. In the 73rd minute, Iker Quintin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los kyes made a substitution. Severiano Gutierrez replaced Nderim Pepo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severiano Gutierrez got free with Arsenio Cordeal in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
