Pastor Donostia started the match with the kick off. Charis Panaretos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Roebuck in the 6th minute of the match. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ágætis Byrjun's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dewa Budjana was slow to take the kick. During this time Bleber FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 16th minute, Hesky Manurung hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicodemo Saravia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Georg Hagberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Charis Panaretos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nick Heesen in the 25th minute. When Pastor Donostia came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Ágætis Byrjun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pastor Donostia couldn't finish the play. In the 46th minute Pastor Donostia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charis Panaretos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicodemo Saravia was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicodemo Saravia in the 51st minute of play forced Ágætis Byrjun's goalkeeper Georg Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bleber FC's Charis Panaretos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Donostia in the 56th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Pastor Donostia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charis Panaretos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charis Panaretos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Donostia, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Ronaldo Fenomeno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Georg Hagberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to Bleber FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Aras Tanujaya hit a great ball. In the 77th match minute, Bleber FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aras Tanujaya to maneuver through the defense. Aras Tanujaya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Georg Hagberg made a huge save. After 84 minutes of play, Ágætis Byrjun's Michael Roebuck made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charis Panaretos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 87th match minute, Ágætis Byrjun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jelte Reitsma to maneuver through the defense. In the 88th minute, Ronaldo Fenomeno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Georg Hagberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Soloman Khomane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Ágætis Byrjun's Georg Hagberg got control of the ball when Ronaldo Fenomeno tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute, Pastor Donostia made a precise shot to the right of Charis Panaretos. Bleber FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Ágætis Byrjun's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
