After 7 minutes, Sven-Olof Stephansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sundborn IF and the SAFRANBOLU ⚜️ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SAFRANBOLU ⚜️ booed when Sundborn IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Olof Stephansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cafer Demirsah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ted Holmgren in the 15th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s zone, Alf Hansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cafer Demirsah came out of the goal and Alf Hansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kalle Askberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Urmasu in the 21st minute of play. In the 25th minute, Ted Holmgren reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cafer Demirsah. The goal made the score 2-0. Sundborn IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sven-Olof Stephansson in the 29th minute. Jan Håning made a great header on Sundborn IF's corner, it was just that SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s Cafer Demirsah managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s Serafin Ermengol got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 35th minute Jan Håning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafer Demirsah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ted Holmgren got free with Cafer Demirsah in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kalle Askberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manole Udroiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s Cafer Demirsah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Håning in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alf Hansson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cafer Demirsah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alf Hansson in the 52nd minute of play. Manole Udroiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kalle Askberg made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Manole Udroiu sent off a good shot on target. After 65 minutes Sundborn IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Americo Dalmau who took care of the corner kick. The corner led SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s Americo Dalmau to fire away a dangerous shot which Kalle Askberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sundborn IF's Du Le Wen was substituted for Jan Håning. Cafer Demirsah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Du Le Wen in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s Eddy Worrall dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddy Worrall in the 81st minute of play forced Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Kalle Askberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manole Udroiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Kalle Askberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s goal looked a bit too open when Alf Hansson came free, but Cafer Demirsah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kalle Askberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josep Miquelarena in the 95th minute of the match.
