In the 9th minute, Alexandros Karakotsos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 minutes of play, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Alexandre Rodrigues made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thibaut Courtois was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tabachana F.C.'s Thibaut Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vali Romoşan in the 14th minute of play. After 16th play minutes Alexandre Rodrigues shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Thibaut Courtois and just under the crossbar into goal. Thibaut Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Recep Guftar, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Recep Guftar struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Thibaut Courtois didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kalatakaya F.C.. After 22 played minutes Tabachana F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Trifon Masourakis. After a rather tough play, Tabachana F.C.'s Vassilis Tournas got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Tonete Abaurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tabachana F.C.'s Thibaut Courtois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Recep Guftar in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Recep Guftar in the 31st minute of play forced Tabachana F.C.'s goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thibaut Courtois made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Recep Guftar sent off a good shot on target. Recep Guftar spun around in front of the goal 36 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Tabachana F.C.'s goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Alexandre Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalatakaya F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandre Rodrigues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thibaut Courtois breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the match, Tabachana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Recep Guftar came free, but Thibaut Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Recep Guftar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thibaut Courtois was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Thibaut Courtois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Recep Guftar's shot from short distance in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexis Idrotoglou to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Tabachana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tonete Abaurre came free, but Thibaut Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Tonete Abaurre got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thibaut Courtois was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Kalatakaya F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
