Peker Baycan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexis Idrotoglou in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vassilis Tournas in the 39th minute of play forced B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's goalkeeper Peker Baycan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thibaut Courtois made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aybek Selil in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alexis Idrotoglou to make the kick off. Thibaut Courtois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fetih Egesel in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's Akgün Yay got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 65th minute Ayvaz Mecit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thibaut Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Cenan Eryaman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. B⚽st⚽n Celtics-Palestine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tabachana F.C. the free kick. Cenan Eryaman kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexis Idrotoglou got free with Peker Baycan in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Panos Pachopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thibaut Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eser Dede, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tabachana F.C.'s Vassilis Tournas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fetih Egesel, made in the 95th minute of the game. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
