During this time Fifth Chicken's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Herbert Bobrowski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Lobo Guará made a substitution. Aykut Adar replaced Nuno Cardoso. Fifth Chicken's Waldemar Tipinski was substituted for Mieszko Borkowski. The supporters of Lobo Guará booed when Fifth Chicken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edílson Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Fifth Chicken fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lobo Guará had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
