The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Ahmet Refik Ülgü got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th minute, Ahmet Refik Ülgü made a precise shot to the right of Enrique Mazza. FC Karamba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Refik Ülgü in the 15th minute of play forced FC Karamba's goalkeeper Enrique Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, FC CSKA's goal looked a bit too open when Danas Nausėda came free, but Georgi Velinov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Georgi Velinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lajos Vermes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd match minute, FC Karamba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Ovando to maneuver through the defense. Georgi Velinov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albinas Matūzas in the 28th minute of the match. Ahmet Refik Ülgü took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique Mazza. Enrique Mazza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 36 minutes into the match, FC CSKA's goalkeeper Georgi Velinov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jérémie Watremez. Ahmet Refik Ülgü took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique Mazza. Enrique Mazza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. A collision led to FC CSKA getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Téo Vieira hit a great ball. With a little luck, FC CSKA's Georgi Velinov got control of the ball when Albinas Matūzas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 45 minutes of play, FC Karamba's Jérémie Watremez made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Georgi Velinov was left in no man's land by his defense there! The FC Karamba players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC CSKA were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jérémie Watremez to strike the kick off in the second half. Georgi Velinov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jérémie Watremez in the 56th minute of play. FC CSKA made a substitution. Ruslan Dzhalev replaced Ahmet Refik Ülgü. FC CSKA's Marian Pachev was substituted for Tanel Kiik. In the 65th minute of the match FC Karamba got a corner. FC CSKA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Han Yu Feng ran over to the corner to take the kick. Han Yu Feng made a great header on FC Karamba's corner, it was just that FC CSKA's Georgi Velinov managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 92nd minute Rimvydas Andrašiūnas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georgi Velinov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Karamba were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing FC CSKA to leave the ground with a draw.
