The supporters of Freestylers booed when Vaqueteros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandru Stroescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vaqueteros FC were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Freestylers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Venancio Victoro took the corner. 15 minutes into the match, Freestylers's goal looked a bit too open when Tosun Paşa came free, but Yuan Lei Jing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15thth minute of the game Tosun Paşa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Freestylers's Yuan Lei Jing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute of the match, Cai Wei Xu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yuan Lei Jing saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tosun Paşa in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yuan Lei Jing saved Freestylers from getting behind. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by Freestylers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Venancio Victoro was slow to take the kick. During this time Vaqueteros FC's players had a chance to rest. Vaqueteros FC's Venancio Victoro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yuan Lei Jing in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 26 minutes into the match, German Evarado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Javier Tono. Vaqueteros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that German Evarado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Musa Bardakçı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Javier Tono was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Javier Tono showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from German Evarado, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, Vaqueteros FC's Venancio Victoro got a free kick in the 35th minute. Leo Pietro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Javier Tono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tosun Paşa got free with Yuan Lei Jing in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yuan Lei Jing didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 42nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Pietro in the 44th minute of play forced Vaqueteros FC's goalkeeper Javier Tono to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freestylers's Yuan Lei Jing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tosun Paşa in the 47th minute of play. Freestylers made a substitution. Matthias Büssinger replaced Musa Bardakçı. Vaqueteros FC's Venancio Victoro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Yuan Lei Jing in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Venancio Victoro shot a long shot in the 50th minute and a light blocked Yuan Lei Jing hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
Vaqueteros FC's Tosun Paşa got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Freestylers's Yuan Lei Jing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tosun Paşa in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Vaqueteros FC's goal looked a bit too open when German Evarado came free, but Javier Tono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Björn Lachenicht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Tono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Javier Tono came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Freestylers's Matthias Büssinger. But to his dismay, Matthias Büssinger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After some careless play in the Vaqueteros FC defense, German Evarado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Javier Tono. The Vaqueteros FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Javier Tono should have stopped the shot. Javier Tono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Evarado in the 68th minute of play. Javier Tono made an important save on a dangerous shot by German Evarado in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tosun Paşa in the 73rd minute of play forced Freestylers's goalkeeper Yuan Lei Jing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vaqueteros FC made a substitution. Roch Wodaszak replaced Venancio Victoro. Vaqueteros FC's Gilberto Fremont was substituted for Tosun Paşa. Vaqueteros FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bartolo Argina in the 75th minute. Bartolo Argina made a great header on Vaqueteros FC's corner, it was just that Freestylers's Yuan Lei Jing managed to reach the ball for a save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
