Javier Tono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henk Veerman in the 2nd minute of play. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Cihan Zafer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tosun Paşa in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henk Veerman in the 14th minute of play forced Vaqueteros FC's goalkeeper Javier Tono to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Tosun Paşa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cihan Zafer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Henk Veerman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Javier Tono, 1-0. In the 26th minute, Henk Veerman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Javier Tono was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 30th minute, Mete Taçkın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javier Tono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corné van Basten in the 32nd minute of play. Cihan Zafer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cai Wei Xu in the 42nd minute of play. Vaqueteros FC's Javier Tono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk Veerman in the 44th minute of play. Javier Tono took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henk Veerman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tosun Paşa to make the kick off. In the 69th minute of the match, Tosun Paşa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cihan Zafer was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cihan Zafer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Haitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► made a substitution. Özbek Karahan replaced Mustafa Yaşar Recai. Vaqueteros FC's Gilberto Fremont was substituted for Tosun Paşa. Javier Tono didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henk Veerman went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Vaqueteros FC's Cai Wei Xu got a free kick in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Henk Veerman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Javier Tono. Vaqueteros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henk Veerman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0.
