Spectators: 8180 (Terracing: 6137, Seating: 1881, VIP seats: 162) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kazuo Koriotto started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Ibiza's Cacey 武磊 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ingvar Nykvist. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. Mero Portero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santiago Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. The supporters of ΠΑΟΚ FC booed when Club Ibiza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelian Ilie didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Rafa Marques recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ingvar Nykvist. Rafa Marques showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. ΠΑΟΚ FC made a substitution. Ronaldão Mendonça replaced Gustav Kock. 22 minutes into the game, ΠΑΟΚ FC's Santiago Silva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mero Portero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Ingvar Nykvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Usuriaga in the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Edmondo Del Monte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mero Portero. Club Ibiza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmondo Del Monte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Mero Portero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Silva in the 34th minute of play. Mariano Ireno hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute Edmondo Del Monte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mero Portero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When ΠΑΟΚ FC's Santiago Silva in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Ibiza's goalie prevented a goal. Mero Portero came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by ΠΑΟΚ FC's Santiago Silva. But to his dismay, Santiago Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.

The wind increased when Santiago Silva made the kick off in the second half. Ingvar Nykvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Usuriaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 57 in the game by Santiago Silva from a close distance when the talented Mero Portero managed to make a qualified save. Club Ibiza's players were relieved. Santiago Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mero Portero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santiago Silva in the 58th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Club Ibiza's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Silva came free, but Mero Portero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Kazuo Koriotto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingvar Nykvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind ΠΑΟΚ FC's goalkeeper Ingvar Nykvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ΠΑΟΚ FC made a substitution. Baldovino Argos replaced Thanasis Kanavos. Club Ibiza's Jaime Xavier was substituted for Alberto Usuriaga. Club Ibiza's Bruno Fonso was substituted for Kazuo Koriotto. A collision led to Club Ibiza getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Beliran Poblaciones hit a great ball. In the 76thth minute of the game Rafa Marques who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ΠΑΟΚ FC's Ingvar Nykvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 77 minutes ΠΑΟΚ FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Ireno who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Club Ibiza's Mariano Ireno to fire away a dangerous shot which Ingvar Nykvist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bruno Fonso took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ingvar Nykvist. Ingvar Nykvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. In the 85th minute, Santiago Silva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mero Portero. The goal made the score 3-4. Ingvar Nykvist came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Ibiza's Beliran Poblaciones. But to his dismay, Beliran Poblaciones quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
