Robert Davison was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Fonso in the 9th minute of play forced Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Robert Davison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Bruno Fonso reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Robert Davison. The goal made the score 2-0. 17 minutes into the game, Sportivo Luan Toro's Olli Fiedler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mero Portero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Club Ibiza's Tomás Orlanda quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Justino Roland, made in the 22nd minute of the game. After 26 played minutes Sportivo Luan Toro got a freekick which was hit by Placido Claris. Robert Davison made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Ireno in the 27th minute. Olli Fiedler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 28 minutes into the match, Club Ibiza's goal looked a bit too open when Olli Fiedler came free, but Mero Portero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robert Davison made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Mariano Ireno sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olli Fiedler in the 34th minute of play forced Club Ibiza's goalkeeper Mero Portero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Davison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Fonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Davison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Fonso in the 43rd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olli Fiedler to strike the kick off in the second half. Mero Portero made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Olli Fiedler sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Luan Toro's zone, Bruno Fonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Davison came out of the goal and Bruno Fonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the game, Bruno Fonso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Robert Davison was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Club Ibiza's Jaime Xavier was substituted for Ştefan Vornicescu. Sportivo Luan Toro made a substitution. Jo Barone replaced Justino Roland. Sportivo Luan Toro's Ricardo Mendez was substituted for Alberto Fidencio. Club Ibiza's Kazuo Koriotto was substituted for Bruno Fonso. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Ibiza's goalkeeper Mero Portero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Club Ibiza's goal looked a bit too open when Martins Palermo came free, but Mero Portero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Wolfgang Zufferey in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sportivo Luan Toro's Marcial Iigo. Club Ibiza's Mero Portero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zuri Castillejo in the 81st minute of play. Martins Palermo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mero Portero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Mero Portero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martins Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Mero Portero made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Martins Palermo sent off a good shot on target. Kazuo Koriotto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Club Ibiza's Kazuo Koriotto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robert Davison narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Club Ibiza had won after a very even match.
