The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, ReyPoxo's Tales Lucas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inocencio Felipo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 5th minute Tales Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Felipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inocencio Felipo made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Tales Lucas sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogumil Pochorylo in the 9th minute of play forced ReyPoxo's goalkeeper Zoilo Coira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ReyPoxo were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Lions Of Turks's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leif Larsen took the corner. Lions Of Turks's attentive Çetin Özdoru managed to snatch the ball when Niceto Gai made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. Zoilo Coira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogumil Pochorylo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes Lions Of Turks got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Pochorylo. The audience was convinced that Tales Lucas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inocencio Felipo was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. A throw-in in the 28th minute of the game was made by Tony Palmeira with Bogumil Pochorylo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a defensive mix-up in Lions Of Turks's zone, Tales Lucas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocencio Felipo came out of the goal and Tales Lucas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute, Tales Lucas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inocencio Felipo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tales Lucas in the 41st minute of play forced Lions Of Turks's goalkeeper Inocencio Felipo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ReyPoxo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leif Larsen in the 42nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Leif Larsen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Inocencio Felipo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Inocencio Felipo made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Anatolio Rosario sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bogumil Pochorylo to make the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Lions Of Turks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gencay Akbayrak to maneuver through the defense. Tales Lucas might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inocencio Felipo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tales Lucas ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 52nd minute Tales Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Felipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Lions Of Turks getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Gencay Akbayrak hit a great ball. ReyPoxo's Tales Lucas pulled a muscle in his back after 58 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Lions Of Turks's Inocencio Felipo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Mingo in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute Samuel Etoo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Felipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 65 minutes, Samuel Etoo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ReyPoxo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Etoo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ReyPoxo made a substitution. Fabián Guijarro replaced Anatolio Rosario. Samuel Etoo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Inocencio Felipo having to make a save. Inocencio Felipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Etoo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 75 minutes in the game Rolando Mingo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Leif Larsen. After some careless play in the Lions Of Turks defense, Samuel Etoo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inocencio Felipo. The Lions Of Turks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inocencio Felipo should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Lions Of Turks getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Gencay Akbayrak hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Samuel Etoo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute, Bogumil Pochorylo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Samuel Etoo notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Lions Of Turks's Inocencio Felipo. Inocencio Felipo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Samuel Etoo took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Inocencio Felipo. Inocencio Felipo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. A collision led to Lions Of Turks getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Mehmet Hakkı Tanyeri hit a great ball.
