Berto Somiedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bran Allison read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match Boulogne del Ciclón got a corner. Cactos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Boulogne del Ciclón's Roberto Basile was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bran Allison in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cactos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
