Isaias Jakue ran back to his position shaking his head. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Xie Bang Ang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Jakue in the 18th minute of play. Xie Bang Ang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Jakue, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After a rather tough play, ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Emilio Polo got a free kick in the 25th minute. Sporting Buceo's Máximo Correia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Sporting Buceo from getting a goal against them. Máximo Correia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florentino Berasko's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 34 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Máximo Correia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florentino Berasko. With a little luck, Sporting Buceo's Máximo Correia got control of the ball when Florentino Berasko tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to ARedonditos de Ricota CFK getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Rolando Haimar hit a great ball. Florentino Berasko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Máximo Correia made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florentino Berasko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Máximo Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Gonzales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute Rainier Gregoire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xie Bang Ang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Máximo Correia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Berasko in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Gonzales in the 64th minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Máximo Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Emilio Gonzales left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ARedonditos de Ricota CFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Xie Bang Ang came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Buceo's Feng Jun. But to his dismay, Feng Jun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Robert Haegg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A sloppy throw-in by Segundo Aureo in the 88th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Rolando Haimar. Robert Haegg scored 3-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Máximo Correia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's goalkeeper Xie Bang Ang, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ARedonditos de Ricota CFK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sporting Buceo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
