The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Máximo Correia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 27 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's goalkeeper Lu Zhen Sheng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charly Good. Lu Zhen Sheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maureen Franco in the 28th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charly Good in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lu Zhen Sheng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Waldemar Cardozo took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Máximo Correia. Máximo Correia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Lu Zhen Sheng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maureen Franco went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Waldemar Cardozo made a kick off. After a rather tough play, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Jonathan Otto got a free kick in the 50th minute. Waldemar Cardozo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Máximo Correia made a huge save. After 61 minutes of play, Sporting Buceo's Xavies Casavela made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lu Zhen Sheng was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sporting Buceo's Iraklis Rapanos was substituted for Xavies Casavela. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Koča Kafarov was substituted for Waldemar Cardozo. Sporting Buceo made a substitution. Charly Good replaced Maureen Franco. DREAM TEAM WORLD made a substitution. Máximo Correia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iraklis Rapanos went to the cornerflag to take it. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Sporting Buceo lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
