Sporting Buceo's Máximo Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Haegg in the 5th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Xie Bang Ang successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 9 played minutes ARedonditos de Ricota CFK got a freekick which was hit by Robert Haegg. Maureen Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Xie Bang Ang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save ARedonditos de Ricota CFK from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Haegg in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máximo Correia saved Sporting Buceo from getting behind. Máximo Correia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Haegg in the 23rd minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's goalkeeper Xie Bang Ang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charly Good. 33 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Etxatxu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sporting Buceo the free kick. After 34 played minutes ARedonditos de Ricota CFK got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Etxatxu. Guaberto Matro struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Máximo Correia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARedonditos de Ricota CFK. In the 40th minute, Toto Monti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robert Haegg made a kick off. After 51 minutes ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xavies Casavela who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Oscar Ruggeri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Xie Bang Ang quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Xie Bang Ang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maureen Franco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 55 minutes, Robert Haegg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Haegg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK made a substitution. Emilio Polo replaced Guaberto Matro. After 58 minutes, Maureen Franco made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Xie Bang Ang tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Charly Good's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xie Bang Ang was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Máximo Correia made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Florentino Berasko sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Berasko in the 72nd minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Máximo Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Florentino Berasko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's Xie Bang Ang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavies Casavela in the 75th minute of play. Emilio Gonzales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Máximo Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xie Bang Ang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charly Good in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Yao Yan Sen who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Sporting Buceo's Yao Yan Sen to fire away a dangerous shot which Xie Bang Ang despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, ARedonditos de Ricota CFK's goal looked a bit too open when Yao Yan Sen came free, but Xie Bang Ang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Máximo Correia was a little too slow when Emilio Gonzales got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 95th minute, Florentino Berasko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
