But to his dismay, Radowit Ogrodowicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 22nd minute Karl-Oskar Apelkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdi Bender saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Oskar Apelkvist took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erdi Bender. Erdi Bender dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Erdi Bender made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Oskar Apelkvist in the 37th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedykt Perkowski got free with Altay Bayındır in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the game, Petter Haukenes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Szczakowianka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SARI ZEYBEK the free kick. After 47 played minutes Szczakowianka got a freekick which was hit by Petter Haukenes. After a rather tough play, Szczakowianka's Petter Haukenes got a free kick in the 47th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Karl-Oskar Apelkvist came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the SARI ZEYBEK fans jumped to their feet.
