KS Olimpia Warszawa's Gigel Botescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Perkowski in the 5th minute of play. In the 10th minute Benedykt Perkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Botescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Elequemedo in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigel Botescu saved KS Olimpia Warszawa from getting behind. 23 minutes into the match, Damazy Joks had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thibaut Courtois. Szczakowianka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damazy Joks was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Thibaut Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Joks, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute KS Olimpia Warszawa were awarded a corner. Walery Glapiak went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on KS Olimpia Warszawa's corner Walery Glapiak fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thibaut Courtois quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Damazy Joks's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thibaut Courtois was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 40 minutes into the match, Szczakowianka's goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Joks came free, but Thibaut Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radowit Ogrodowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Gigel Botescu made a huge save. In the 59th match minute, KS Olimpia Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacy Sroka to maneuver through the defense. Damazy Joks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thibaut Courtois having to interfere. In the 71stth minute of the game Luis Elequemedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Olimpia Warszawa's Gigel Botescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gigel Botescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Elequemedo in the 76th minute of play. Damazy Joks took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thibaut Courtois. Thibaut Courtois dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. KS Olimpia Warszawa made a substitution. KS Olimpia Warszawa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damazy Joks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thibaut Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sharma Sharma in the 91st minute of the match. When Radowit Ogrodowicz fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Szczakowianka's protests and gave Radowit Ogrodowicz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute of the match Walery Glapiak sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thibaut Courtois skillfully saved the ball. When Lachezar Tetevenski came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the KS Olimpia Warszawa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lachezar Tetevenski couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KS Olimpia Warszawa fans cheered their team off the field, for while Szczakowianka had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
