Fariz Nair's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnold Szuper read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st play minute Fariz Nair came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Arnold Szuper. 1-3. Arnold Szuper made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fariz Nair in the 89th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Szombathely Squirrels's goal looked a bit too open when Fariz Nair came free, but Arnold Szuper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute of the match, Maciej Dulka tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arnold Szuper saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Goral Zywiec's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
