After 13 played minutes AS Pikachuzim got a freekick which was hit by Facundo Campa. The crowd rose to their feet as Xu Le Shu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hristofor Borchev. That made the score 1-1 in the 15 minute of play. After taking down the ball on AS Pikachuzim's corner Santos Rallo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anderson Laguna quite easily take care of the ball. If Vânderson Penha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pasha Datsiuk in the 33rd minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Anderson Laguna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xu Le Shu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hristofor Borchev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Anderson Laguna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Fenomeno in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pasha Datsiuk in the 37th minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Anderson Laguna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hristofor Borchev was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xu Le Shu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 47 minute of play. AS Pikachuzim's Luciano Sarmento was substituted for Pasha Datsiuk. AS Pikachuzim made a substitution. Sílvio Caca-Rato replaced Santos Rallo. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xu Le Shu made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Xu Le Shu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Hristofor Borchev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hristofor Borchev came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by SRP-Laguna's Xu Le Shu. But to his dismay, Xu Le Shu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. With a little luck, SRP-Laguna's Anderson Laguna got control of the ball when Arif Oğuz Semdin tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Oğuz Semdin in the 80th minute of play forced SRP-Laguna's goalkeeper Anderson Laguna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joga Facius was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 82 minutes into the match. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SRP-Laguna! 87 minutes in the game Luciano Sarmento did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Haroldo Guimarães. Anderson Laguna made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Luciano Sarmento sent off a good shot on target. Anderson Laguna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Oğuz Semdin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arif Oğuz Semdin scored 4-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anderson Laguna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 98 minutes into the match, Vânderson Penha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hristofor Borchev. AS Pikachuzim's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vânderson Penha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-3. Many of AS Pikachuzim's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. AS Pikachuzim may have spent more time on the ball, but SRP-Laguna were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
