Cazimir Amărculesei made in the 3rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cezary Wejta immediately put the ball in play. FK Husaria Bielsko-Biala's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tadeusz Tokarczyk in the 6th minute. Artur Kostrzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 7th minute of the match. Tomas Termander made in the 11th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cezary Wejta however managed to control. In the 12th minute Dong Zhan Wei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dong Zhan Wei in the 18th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Camilo Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FK Husaria Bielsko-Biala booed when Menchu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caetano Linhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dong Zhan Wei came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the FK Husaria Bielsko-Biala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dong Zhan Wei couldn't finish the play. Cezary Wejta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Salvidor having to interfere. Camilo Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Wejta in the 33rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriele Batistuta in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Kostrzewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dong Zhan Wei made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Wejta in the 56th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Camilo Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menchu FC's Silverio Sergi was substituted for Arturo Roderigo. In the 62nd minute, Basarab Jupân hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute, Tadeusz Tokarczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Artur Kostrzewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriele Batistuta's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Camilo Salvidor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dong Zhan Wei in the 71st minute. Dong Zhan Wei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Salvidor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. After taking down the ball on FK Husaria Bielsko-Biala's corner Tomas Termander fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Camilo Salvidor quite easily take care of the ball. In the 82nd minute of the match FK Husaria Bielsko-Biala got a corner. Menchu FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tadeusz Tokarczyk ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdoulay Doucouré in the 83rd minute of play forced FK Husaria Bielsko-Biala's goalkeeper Artur Kostrzewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 minutes of play, Menchu FC's Gabriele Batistuta made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Kostrzewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Menchu FC's Gaston Firmo was substituted for Gabriele Batistuta. In the 91st minute Dong Zhan Wei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Kostrzewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Firmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the FK Husaria Bielsko-Biala players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Menchu FC.
