Goral Zywiec's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alfred Ewertowski in the 12th minute. The corner led Goral Zywiec's Alfred Ewertowski to fire away a dangerous shot which Camilo Salvidor despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Victorino Frederik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th match minute, Menchu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caetano Linhares to maneuver through the defense. Beniamin Zarobski hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Camilo Salvidor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorino Frederik in the 23rd minute. Michael Krawczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Michael Krawczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriele Batistuta in the 30th minute of play. After 33 played minutes Menchu FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Campelo. Menchu FC's Camilo Salvidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicklas Barck in the 36th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Nicklas Barck reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Camilo Salvidor. The goal made the score 1-0. 39 minutes into the match, Gabriele Batistuta notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Goral Zywiec's Michael Krawczyk. Michael Krawczyk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Menchu FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Caetano Linhares hit a great ball. Goral Zywiec's Alfred Ewertowski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Menchu FC. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicklas Barck to make the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Goral Zywiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariusz Zalipski to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicklas Barck in the 58th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Camilo Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Victorino Frederik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Goral Zywiec fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 65 minutes into the game, Goral Zywiec's Maciej Dulka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. But to his dismay, Grzegorz Jajecznica quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Goral Zywiec's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
