In the 13th minute, Hector Hugo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Schmeichel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 21st minute Hector Hugo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Schmeichel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Marius Neset hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's attentive Hjalmar Sjöö managed to snatch the ball when Amerigo Ianni made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. Peter Schmeichel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector Hugo's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dariusz Wos in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurel Crivoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A.C. Patagonia's Peter Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Hugo in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, A.C. Patagonia's Amerigo Ianni got a free kick in the 44th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dariusz Wos to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Dariusz Wos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurel Crivoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. A.C. Patagonia's Aldo Di Carlo was substituted for Dariusz Wos. Hector Hugo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Paul Hermansson was substituted for Máté Gulyás. Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's Bernt Offendahl was substituted for Alfred Mossberg. 78 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Offendahl came free, but Peter Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernt Offendahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurel Crivoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Di Carlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After 94 played minutes Sylwester Sroka rounded Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3.
