Spectators: 10814 (Terracing: 8111, Seating: 2487, VIP seats: 216) FC Kurdistan's Lars Sundström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Fredric Hybbert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roberto-Carlos da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Alaaddin Solskjær made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinu Ivănescu in the 7th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Silban. FC Kurdistan's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erhard Esbo in the 18th minute. Alaaddin Solskjær made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Velasco in the 19th minute of play. Gabriel Silban made in the 24th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Oliver Rizzo however managed to control. Emiliano Velasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Alaaddin Solskjær made a huge save. Fernando Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Sundström in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Lars Sundström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Selatse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinu Ivănescu in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Kurdistan's goalkeeper Alaaddin Solskjær to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars Sundström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Fernando Selatse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Kurdistan made a substitution. Iwan Kasiewski replaced Nils Hopp.

Iwan Kasiewski struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Fernando Selatse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kurdistan. Fernando Selatse made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Lars Sundström sent off a good shot on target. Despidida AFC's Kajetan Gdowik was substituted for Pastor Tino. FC Kurdistan were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Despidida AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erhard Esbo took the corner. A sloppy throw-in by Erhard Esbo in the 65th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Despidida AFC's Kees Harmsen. FC Kurdistan's Jörgen Levander was substituted for Ubaldo Ritchie. A throw-in in the 70th minute of the game was made by Gabriel Silban with Ancho Branca as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Alvaro Raymond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute of the match, Iwan Kasiewski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fernando Selatse saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fernando Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwan Kasiewski in the 82nd minute of play. Fernando Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Bammerman in the 83rd minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, FC Kurdistan's goal looked a bit too open when Ancho Branca came free, but Alaaddin Solskjær reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lars Bammerman got free with Fernando Selatse in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
