Dionisio Emestos short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Basilio Justin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 5 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's Dionisio Monico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amancio Paez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 10 minutes, Dionisio Emesto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falckner FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Emesto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute Gaston Joanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Paez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dionisio Emesto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Basilio Justin made a huge save. Wilfredo Gil charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilfredo Gil the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Wilfredo Gil hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Club Atlético Atlanta's Basilio Justin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Emesto in the 22nd minute of play. The Falckner FC fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Falckner FC's Dionisio Emesto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Basilio Justin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Emesto in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Emesto in the 37th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Basilio Justin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dionisio Monico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Paez having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Manuel Laurendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgardo Lleir hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonatan Felipo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Fonso in the 56th minute of play forced Falckner FC's goalkeeper Amancio Paez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Falckner FC booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Fonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Joanes to maneuver through the defense. Edgardo Lleir took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basilio Justin. Basilio Justin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Epifanio Beat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atlético Atlanta made a substitution. Leonardo Paulin replaced Joaquin Fonso. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Club Atlético Atlanta's Jonatan Felipo in the 83rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Amancio Paez was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Falckner FC through an amazing save. Amancio Paez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Paulin in the 86th minute of play. With a little luck, Falckner FC's Amancio Paez got control of the ball when Leonardo Paulin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Emesto came free, but Basilio Justin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Falckner FC's Amancio Paez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Felipo in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Falckner FC had won after a very even match.
