Olimpiu Teodorescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Samuca Bezerra made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Sandu Bărbânță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Pedrinho do Valle fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's protests and gave Pedrinho do Valle a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute, Tiaguinho Faria made a precise shot to the right of Ilie Brumaru. FC Cosula-BTF-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 40 minutes into the match, FC Cosula-BTF-'s goal looked a bit too open when Tiaguinho Faria came free, but Ilie Brumaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
