The referee showed Jonathan Alvarez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 15 minutes into the game, when Arturo Tulio put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of Falckner FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Punk Fiction:s goal. Amancio Paez went to the wrong direction when Donato Hats was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Severo Estebe hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Punk Fiction's attentive Tobias Jeraldo managed to snatch the ball when Manuel Laurendi made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. Amancio Paez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Hats in the 22nd minute of the match. Punk Fiction's Segundo Oinatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Gil in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Donato Hats ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amancio Paez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Segundo Oinatz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Gil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Punk Fiction's Tobias Jeraldo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Manuel Laurendi hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Amancio Paez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Arotza in the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Manuel Laurendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Oinatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgardo Lleir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Generoso Lixandro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th match minute, Punk Fiction was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Generoso Lixandro to maneuver through the defense. The Falckner FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Punk Fiction to win.
