In the 7th minute of the match Rolando Furtado shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amancio Paez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Siro Dantel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgardo Lleir went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Adan Macias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Alejo Abajas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amancio Paez. Falckner FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alejo Abajas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. 30 minutes into the game, Zuberbühler FC's Alejo Abajas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amancio Paez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Mario Laurin hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. If Dionisio Emesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

With a little luck, Falckner FC's Amancio Paez got control of the ball when Isidro Martxelin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Falckner FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Alejo Abajas scored to the left of an out of position Amancio Paez, making the score, 1-3. In the 61st minute, Rolando Furtado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute Dionisio Emesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Dantel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Siro Dantel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Gil in the 69th minute of play. After 73 played minutes Alejo Abajas rounded Falckner FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. Falckner FC's Amancio Paez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Falckner FC from getting a goal against them. After 81 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Furtado. The supporters of Falckner FC booed when Zuberbühler FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Laurin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Falckner FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Alejo Abajas scored to the left of an out of position Amancio Paez, making the score, 1-5. In the 94th minute Dionisio Emesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Dantel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of Zuberbühler FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Falckner FC had held the ball for most of the match.
