With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cido Guerra in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Marinho saved 卡納里尼奧 FC from getting behind. In the 25th minute Agostinho Guedes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agostinho Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geovanni Paranaense made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Eurico Paes sent off a good shot on target. After 41 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Armandinho Pombal. 42 minutes into the match, Villaverde Celeste Clube's Cido Furlan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Marinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The wind increased when Agostinho Guedes made the kick off in the second half. Agostinho Guedes took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geovanni Paranaense. Geovanni Paranaense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Laerte Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th match minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldão Torres to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilton Berger in the 73rd minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Giuseppe Albuquerque was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 卡納里尼奧 FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villaverde Celeste Clube the free kick. A very good chance. When Wilton Berger came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Villaverde Celeste Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilton Berger couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute, Giuliano David hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Armandinho Pombal got a free kick in the 87th minute. After a defensive mix-up in 卡納里尼奧 FC's zone, Cido Furlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Marinho came out of the goal and Cido Furlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Agostinho Guedes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geovanni Paranaense was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Villaverde Celeste Clube's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
