Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adam Rednic to make the kick off. DINAMO were furious when Sever Colin was red carded, 87 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. DINAMO's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Villaverde Celeste Clube had won, even though DINAMO had held more of the ball.
