Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) DINAMO's Adam Rednic started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, David Greblă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 5 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Zafiu. Carlos Alberto Viana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. DINAMO's Horea Hurmuzache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Carlos Gaspar in the 8th minute of play. Horea Hurmuzache stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ladislao Mazurkiewicz's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Mazurkiewicz in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horea Hurmuzache prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, DINAMO's Iosif Asachi got a free kick in the 21st minute. The S.E.R. Caxias do Sul fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Ladislao Mazurkiewicz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the DINAMO defense, Ladislao Mazurkiewicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horea Hurmuzache. The DINAMO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horea Hurmuzache should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ladislao Mazurkiewicz in the 33rd minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Horea Hurmuzache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes DINAMO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Alberto Viana who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Remo Valle heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 37th minute, Túlio Negri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonas Veloso hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Mazurkiewicz in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ladislao Mazurkiewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Carlos Alberto Viana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Horea Hurmuzache. That made the score 0-4 in the 52 minute of play. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Ladislao Mazurkiewicz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of S.E.R. Caxias do Sul booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Greblă didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 67 minutes, Ladislao Mazurkiewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.E.R. With his leg Horea Hurmuzache managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Ladislao Mazurkiewicz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 70th minute, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Túlio Negri seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Túlio Negri the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of S.E.R. Caxias do Sul protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Túlio Negri had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Túlio Negri hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute Iosif Asachi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitor José saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitor José showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iosif Asachi, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute.
