After a rather tough play, 拜耳04勒沃库森's 卓弘鹰 got a free kick in the 24th minute. Nytäppet Fc were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after 拜耳04勒沃库森's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sandu Cârlan took the corner. 拜耳04勒沃库森's 冰谷 姚明 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theo Svensson in the 28th minute of play. 冰谷 姚明 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Neil Crawford in the 29th minute. After 30 played minutes Nytäppet Fc got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Pari. The supporters of Nytäppet Fc booed when 拜耳04勒沃库森 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. 麦德松 didn't get a good kick on the ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 周烽宁 to make the kick off. 柯泉松 kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. If 柯泉松 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute 麦德松 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamil Čontofalský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 冰谷 姚明 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandu Cârlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind 拜耳04勒沃库森's goalkeeper 冰谷 姚明, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nytäppet Fc's Noel Velloso was substituted for Genílson Bezerra. Kamil Čontofalský made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when 麦建浩 sent off a good shot on target. 89 minutes into the match, 拜耳04勒沃库森's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Pari came free, but 冰谷 姚明 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nytäppet Fc's Kamil Čontofalský played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邓乐翔 in the 94th minute of play. Kamil Čontofalský took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 邓乐翔, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kamil Čontofalský was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and 邓乐翔 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 邓乐翔 really showed his touch with that goal: 4-3. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nytäppet Fc had won after a very even match.
