In the 7th minute, Marian Aldulescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 10th minute of the match, Marian Aldulescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stein Naas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Legia Stavanger's Stein Naas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Aldulescu in the 13th minute of play. Edvin Vedå hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Legia Stavanger's Stein Naas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Legia Stavanger from getting a goal against them. Stein Naas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Aldulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stein Naas was a little too slow when Florin Cosor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 3-0. Florin Cosor kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Marian Aldulescu made a precise shot to the right of Stein Naas. Legia Stavanger's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Legia Stavanger's Stein Naas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Legia Stavanger from getting a goal against them. Thorbjørn Stølen kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Stein Naas came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Marian Aldulescu. But to his dismay, Marian Aldulescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 42nd minute, 梅轩宇 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Stein Naas. The goal made the score 8-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marian Aldulescu in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stein Naas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stein Naas made an important save on a dangerous shot by La Ba in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marian Aldulescu made a kick off. Stein Naas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 梅轩宇 in the 51st minute of play. After 52 minutes, Edvin Vedå mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Legia Stavanger and the Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Legia Stavanger's Edvin Vedå got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Stein Naas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from La Ba in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Aldulescu in the 59th minute of play forced Legia Stavanger's goalkeeper Stein Naas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Marian Aldulescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Stein Naas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 梅轩宇 took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stein Naas. Stein Naas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. 70 minutes into the match, La Ba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stein Naas. Legia Stavanger's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that La Ba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Marian Aldulescu got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Legia Stavanger's goal looked a bit too open when La Ba came free, but Stein Naas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Edvin Vedå hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Aldulescu in the 76th minute of play forced Legia Stavanger's goalkeeper Stein Naas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stein Naas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Aldulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Edvin Vedå was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. After 92 played minutes Legia Stavanger got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Vedå. In the 93rd minute of the match Nistor Predescu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stein Naas skillfully saved the ball. The audience cheered when Nistor Predescu's long shot passed Stein Naas's right side. It was 17-0, 93 minutes into the match.
