Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lino Rios started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Lino Rios's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Epifanio Gabrio was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Lino Rios might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Epifanio Gabrio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lino Rios ran back to his position shaking his head. Epifanio Gabrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Epifanio Gabrio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Rios's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Lino Rios sped through Penuel Football Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Epifanio Gabrio. In the 12th minute Chen Shi Ran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Chen Shi Ran came free, but Roberto Eztebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AFC FUSION's Jan Hop managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Andrés Escobar in the 21 minute of the game. In the 22ndth minute of the game Lino Rios who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Penuel Football Club's Epifanio Gabrio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luis Miguel took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roberto Eztebe. Roberto Eztebe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Epifanio Gabrio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lino Rios went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chen Shi Ran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Rios in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Epifanio Gabrio saved Penuel Football Club from getting behind. Corderall Nieves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Penuel Football Club booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dawid Beckham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artur Rakowicz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 46 minutes into the match. Penuel Football Club made a substitution. Bartoleme Villasante replaced Chen Shi Ran. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luis Miguel was the one to do the kick off. Andrés Escobar made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luis Miguel immediately put the ball in play. Epifanio Gabrio was a little too slow when Lino Rios got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 1-4. In the 62nd minute, Bartoleme Villasante ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Eztebe was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Epifanio Gabrio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Rios's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 68 minutes in the game Andrés Escobar did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Luis Miguel. Penuel Football Club made a substitution. Furtado Ozaolaza replaced Ludwig Bergqvist. Penuel Football Club's Nando Pereira was substituted for Vivaldo Carmona. AFC FUSION were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Penuel Football Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dawid Beckham took the corner. Epifanio Gabrio came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by AFC FUSION's Lino Rios. But to his dismay, Lino Rios quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. 86 minutes into the match, Penuel Football Club's goalkeeper Epifanio Gabrio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lino Rios. Epifanio Gabrio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Rios in the 88th minute. When Lino Rios came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the AFC FUSION fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Rios couldn't finish the play. AFC FUSION's Christoff Stocks was substituted for Dawid Beckham. 97 minutes into the match, Penuel Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Christoff Stocks came free, but Epifanio Gabrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched AFC FUSION eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
