The supporters of Preator Edikt booed when ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bill Nietlispach didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Şanver Selman got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute, Nuri Çırakoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Horia Tătaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kasım Okanalp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Jan Pihlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uğur Erkovich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuri Çırakoğlu hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Kasım Okanalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horia Tătaru in the 18th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Horia Tătaru kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kasım Okanalp. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Kasım Okanalp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horia Tătaru in the 27th minute. Kasım Okanalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horia Tătaru in the 31st minute of play. Horia Tătaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Kasım Okanalp made a huge save. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fellipe Vianna was slow to take the kick. During this time Preator Edikt's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Ceferino Totakoxe got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kasım Okanalp quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 43 minutes into the game, Ashley Cole was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Preator Edikt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ the free kick. Jan Pihlberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dong Cheng Si went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Horia Tătaru in the 51st minute of play forced ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's goalkeeper Kasım Okanalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Horia Tătaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 59th match minute, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuri Çırakoğlu to maneuver through the defense. Horia Tătaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kasım Okanalp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horia Tătaru ran back to his position shaking his head. 64 minutes into the match, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's goal looked a bit too open when Horia Tătaru came free, but Kasım Okanalp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Uğur Erkovich could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Jan Pihlberg however easily saved by the left post. Nuri Çırakoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuri Çırakoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nuri Çırakoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Preator Edikt's Albert Örnberg was substituted for Fellipe Vianna. After a rather tough play, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Nuri Çırakoğlu got a free kick in the 72nd minute. If Horia Tătaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's Kasım Okanalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horia Tătaru in the 76th minute of play. Preator Edikt's Luís Gustavo Barbosa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nuri Çırakoğlu in the 81 minute of the game. In the 84th match minute, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorinel Munteanu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Nuri Çırakoğlu hit a great ball. Kasım Okanalp came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Preator Edikt's Horia Tătaru. But to his dismay, Horia Tătaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Preator Edikt walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
