The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, 赵沙迅 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's zone, Gigi Penaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Ireno came out of the goal and Gigi Penaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jacobo Garin hit a great ball. With a little luck, San Lorenzo's Matias Carlomagno got control of the ball when Yin Wei Yi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Mo Yi Sang came free, but Benedicto Ireno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 23 minutes, Mo Yi Sang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Lorenzo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mo Yi Sang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute Yin Wei Yi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Carlomagno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29thth minute of the game Mo Yi Sang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Benedicto Ireno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Victor Otsando charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Otsando the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Matias Carlomagno made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Yin Wei Yi sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mo Yi Sang in the 34th minute of play forced C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goalkeeper Benedicto Ireno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Carlomagno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Innocenzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. If Kara Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ made a substitution. Cecilio Eli replaced Pablo Innocenzio. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mo Yi Sang to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Mo Yi Sang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Ireno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goalkeeper Benedicto Ireno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mo Yi Sang. 62 minutes into the game, Victor Otsando threw the ball into play from the sideline. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Jeremias Felo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 68 minutes into the match, Cecilio Eli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matias Carlomagno. San Lorenzo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cecilio Eli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Igor Montes hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute Márk Stephen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Carlomagno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Márk Stephen might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matias Carlomagno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Márk Stephen ran back to his position shaking his head. Matias Carlomagno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márk Stephen in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kara Melo in the 89th minute of play forced C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goalkeeper Benedicto Ireno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's attentive Jeremias Felo managed to snatch the ball when Victor Otsando made a throw-in in the 91st minute of the game. Benedicto Ireno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mo Yi Sang in the 95th minute. San Lorenzo's Matias Carlomagno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márk Stephen in the 97th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the San Lorenzo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ.
