Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Przemyslaw Walas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Filiph Biörling took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Przemyslaw Walas. Przemyslaw Walas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Aarhus & Targówek FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pipis Karapatakis came free, but Przemyslaw Walas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Wincent Walas fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aarhus & Targówek FC's protests and gave Wincent Walas a yellow card for diving instead. 24 minutes into the match, Aarhus & Targówek FC's Antoni Walas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jardel Sanches narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Grêmio FBPA's Jardel Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoni Walas in the 28th minute of play. Jardel Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerzy Niedbalski, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute Jerzy Niedbalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jardel Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Przemyslaw Walas was a little too slow when Pipis Karapatakis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 3-0. Filiph Biörling blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Przemyslaw Walas having to make a save. Pipis Karapatakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Przemyslaw Walas made a huge save. When Filiph Biörling came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Grêmio FBPA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiph Biörling couldn't finish the play. When Diamantino Cabral fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grêmio FBPA's protests and gave Diamantino Cabral a yellow card for diving instead. Diamantino Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pipis Karapatakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Przemyslaw Walas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Grêmio FBPA booed when Aarhus & Targówek FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwidon Moizuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Aarhus & Targówek FC's Jardel Sanches threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Antoni Walas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Aarhus & Targówek FC made a substitution. Anthony Hopkins replaced Jerzy Niedbalski. Grêmio FBPA's Jardel Sanches proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Grêmio FBPA from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Aarhus & Targówek FC's Antoni Walas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jardel Sanches. That made the score 5-1 after 93 minutes of play. Grêmio FBPA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
