Ove Salkvist started the match with the kick off. Ove Salkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ove Salkvist in the 3rd minute of play forced Benbrott BK's goalkeeper Jüri Ratas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björn Hellsing's late challenge caught a BK Gubbhöft's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaac Jonasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Bergqvist in the 10th minute of the match. Benbrott BK's Jüri Ratas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ove Salkvist in the 12th minute of play. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Benbrott BK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ciro Incendio was slow to take the kick. During this time BK Gubbhöft's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Benbrott BK's goalie and right to Simone Panetti. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Benbrott BK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simone Panetti in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jüri Ratas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the game, BK Gubbhöft's Ove Salkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jüri Ratas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jüri Ratas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Salkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mattias Bergqvist made a kick off. With his leg Jüri Ratas managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when BK Gubbhöft's Ove Salkvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 54 minutes into the match, Benbrott BK's goalkeeper Jüri Ratas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ove Salkvist. The audience was convinced that Jonas Ahlin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jüri Ratas was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. BK Gubbhöft were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
