Janusz Patora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 7 played minutes Skorupków SA got a freekick which was hit by Pankracy Banan. 11 minutes into the match, Boruc Gniewek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boyisani Nkadimeng. Maqwathini's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Boruc Gniewek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas Patel during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of Maqwathini:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Skorupków SA:s goal. Leszek Chodzinski's late challenge caught a Maqwathini's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leszek Chodzinski helped the player get up and apologised. Skorupków SA's Boguslaw Perkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nkosi Thompson in the 28th minute of play. Nkosi Thompson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boguslaw Perkowski having to interfere. Radowit Miodek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nkosi Thompson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute Nkosi Thompson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boguslaw Perkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Boruc Gniewek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Radowit Miodek got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nkosi Thompson to make the kick off. When Skorupków SA's Radowit Miodek in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maqwathini's goalie prevented a goal. In the 58th minute, Leszek Chodzinski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 59 minutes, Nkosi Thompson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maqwathini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nkosi Thompson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Maqwathini's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pankracy Banan was slow to take the kick. During this time Skorupków SA's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in Leszek Chodzinski drilling the ball in to score 3-0 behind Maqwathini's goalkeeper. Boruc Gniewek struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Boyisani Nkadimeng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skorupków SA. Leszek Chodzinski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boruc Gniewek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boyisani Nkadimeng having to interfere. A collision led to Maqwathini getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Legako Kerns hit a great ball. After 93 minutes of play, Maqwathini's Maxwell Mufadi made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boguslaw Perkowski was left in no man's land by his defense there!
