Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Akamadu Oke made the kick off which started today's match. Chukwujamuike Galambi kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute of the match Ettah Adediji shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jushua Sati Tunde showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 5thth minute of the game Osar Etete who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hendon's Jushua Sati Tunde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carterton's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Akamadu Oke scored to the left of an out of position Clever Ovie, making the score, 1-0. Carterton's Bola Ezeafulukwe got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hendon's Jushua Sati Tunde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osar Etete in the 14th minute of play. Akamadu Oke might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clever Ovie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Akamadu Oke ran back to his position shaking his head. Bola Ezeafulukwe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clever Ovie made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Habakkuk Isibor sent off a good shot on target. 1-1 became the score in the 31st minute when Osar Etete elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 35 minutes into the game, one of Carterton:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 37th minute there was a penalty for Hendon. Kete Titus Udoh stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Clever Ovie. 2-1. Clever Ovie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Habakkuk Isibor in the 40th minute. Hendon's Habakkuk Isibor got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 47 played minutes, Hendon's Kete Titus Udoh shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Clever Ovie came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hendon reached it.

Jushua Sati Tunde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bola Ezeafulukwe in the 55th minute. Akamadu Oke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clever Ovie having to make a save. In the 63rd minute, Habakkuk Isibor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clever Ovie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akamadu Oke, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Habakkuk Isibor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bola Ezeafulukwe spun around in front of the goal 76 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Hendon's goal. In the 80th match minute, Carterton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Monday Olopade to maneuver through the defense. Bola Ezeafulukwe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clever Ovie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Habakkuk Isibor in the 89th minute of the match. Habakkuk Isibor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Clever Ovie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clever Ovie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akamadu Oke in the 92nd minute of the match. Carterton's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
