The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julien Drachmann to make the kick off. Maxwell Mufadi came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Joseph Bamberger could save by the left post. In the 76th match minute, Maqwathini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Smith to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Jupp von dem Bussche-Haddenhausen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boyisani Nkadimeng. Maqwathini's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jupp von dem Bussche-Haddenhausen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Joseph Bamberger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nkosi Thompson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Horsham United's goal looked a bit too open when Legako Kerns came free, but Joseph Bamberger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Nkosi Thompson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Horsham United had won after a very even match.
