Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Geirarður Knútsson got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Safír Geislason in the 3rd minute of play forced Basmakci's goalkeeper Fuat Ünseven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Habo Grindavík's Geirarður Knútsson in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Basmakci's goalie prevented a goal. Sarp Toygun was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 9 minutes into the match. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Basmakci! Geirarður Knútsson walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Geirarður Knútsson struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Fuat Ünseven didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Habo Grindavík. 16 minutes into the game, Habo Grindavík's Geirarður Knútsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fuat Ünseven made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 19th minute, Geirarður Knútsson made a precise shot to the right of Fuat Ünseven. Basmakci's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The supporters of Basmakci booed when Habo Grindavík was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Safír Geislason didn't get a good kick on the ball. Betúel Jósefsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Batıhan Başesgi in the 27th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geirarður Knútsson in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fuat Ünseven prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute Geirarður Knútsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fuat Ünseven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Geirarður Knútsson put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Fuat Ünseven. Geirólfur Hálfdánsson hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Fuat Ünseven didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Habo Grindavík's Geirarður Knútsson shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-6 in the ordered_time% minute. The Habo Grindavík fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Habo Grindavík's Geirarður Knútsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Ernst Játmundsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Habo Grindavík's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernst Játmundsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fuat Ünseven breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fuat Ünseven came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Habo Grindavík's Geirarður Knútsson. But to his dismay, Geirarður Knútsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geirarður Knútsson in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fuat Ünseven saved Basmakci from getting behind. With a little luck, Basmakci's Fuat Ünseven got control of the ball when Barri Hauksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fuat Ünseven showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geirarður Knútsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Geirarður Knútssons short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Fuat Ünseven to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 72nd minute, Barri Hauksson made a precise shot to the right of Fuat Ünseven. Basmakci's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. Geirarður Knútsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fuat Ünseven having to interfere. With his leg Fuat Ünseven managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Habo Grindavík's Geirarður Knútsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Habo Grindavík fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Habo Grindavík's Geirarður Knútsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-11 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Geirarður Knútsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Basmakci's Fuat Ünseven got control of the ball when Geirarður Knútsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Geirarður Knútsson lined in a short shot 0-12 behind a frustrated Fuat Ünseven. Batıhan Başesgi hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Basmakci's Fuat Ünseven proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Basmakci from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Basmakci defense, Geirarður Knútsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fuat Ünseven. The Basmakci fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fuat Ünseven should have stopped the shot. The Basmakci fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Habo Grindavík were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
