Josef Bartsch ran back to his position shaking his head. 9 minutes into the match, Josef Bartsch had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonard Chowaniec. Przechuje's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Josef Bartsch was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Leonard Chowaniec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ben Bouffier's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerome Förster made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Przechuje's zone, Ben Bouffier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonard Chowaniec came out of the goal and Ben Bouffier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ben Bouffier got free with Leonard Chowaniec in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arved von Holst during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Przechuje booed when FC Kartoffeln auf die 1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arved von Holst didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Przechuje's Norbert Japola got a free kick in the 96th minute.
