The Horsham United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joseph Bamberger should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. During the 93rd minute of the match Gbenga Dimeji completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gbenga Dimeji a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Carterton getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Gbenga Dimeji hit a great ball. Carterton's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
