Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Carterton's Clever Ovie got control of the ball when Batıhan Başesgi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute, Batıhan Başesgi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clever Ovie was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a rather tough play, Basmakci's Sarp Toygun got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th match minute, Carterton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olusegun Alachi to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 13 in the game by Batıhan Başesgi from a close distance when the talented Clever Ovie managed to make a qualified save. Carterton's players were relieved. Yunus Özberk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Carterton booed when Basmakci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tacettin Şevki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gbenga Dimeji recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clever Ovie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu in the 25th minute of play. Fuat Ünseven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osar Etete in the 27th minute of play. Acun Uğuray hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Bola Ezeafulukwe scored 1-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fuat Ünseven, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 31 minutes, Gbenga Dimeji mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carterton and the Basmakci players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 32 played minutes Carterton got a freekick which was hit by Gbenga Dimeji. A hard shot 33 in the game by Batıhan Başesgi from a close distance when the talented Clever Ovie managed to make a qualified save. Carterton's players were relieved. Carterton's Gbenga Dimeji got his second yellow card of the match in the 33rd minute. The referee ordered Gbenga Dimeji off the ground. After 34 played minutes Carterton got a freekick which was hit by Gbenga Dimeji. Bola Ezeafulukwe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fuat Ünseven having to interfere. The supporters of Carterton booed when Basmakci was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Acun Uğuray didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rdth minute of the game Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carterton's Clever Ovie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Batıhan Başesgi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clever Ovie having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bola Ezeafulukwe to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Carterton getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Osar Etete hit a great ball. Clever Ovie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Chikadibia Bature kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. When Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Basmakci fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Carterton fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! After a defensive mix-up in Carterton's zone, Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clever Ovie came out of the goal and Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the game, Osar Etete was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carterton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Basmakci the free kick. The supporters of Basmakci booed when Carterton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osar Etete didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Acun Uğuray hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Eddy Eliakwu's late challenge caught a Basmakci's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eddy Eliakwu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Eddy Eliakwu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Batıhan Başesgi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clever Ovie having to interfere. Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clever Ovie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Chikadibia Bature kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Clever Ovie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clever Ovie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu ran back to his position shaking his head. Clever Ovie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Oğuz Pamiroğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Basmakci had won after a very even match.
