Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nkosi Thompson to make the kick off. In the 86thth minute of the game Bartlomiej Porajewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maqwathini's Boyisani Nkadimeng was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Piotr Hyska's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Boyisani Nkadimeng skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Bartlomiej Porajewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Maqwathini getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Legako Kerns hit a great ball. After 93 minutes Maqwathini's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olaf Skoroda who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on GKS Grodzisk Mazowiecki's corner Olaf Skoroda fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Boyisani Nkadimeng quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in GKS Grodzisk Mazowiecki's zone, Nkosi Thompson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bogumil Ciechocki came out of the goal and Nkosi Thompson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Tylinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Maqwathini fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. GKS Grodzisk Mazowiecki were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
