Ergün Şener came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Alvi Verde's Leandro Heidemann. But to his dismay, Leandro Heidemann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 19th minute Peker Suersan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergün Şener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Alvi Verde's goal looked a bit too open when Zülfü Yalazay came free, but Téo Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ergün Şener showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Heidemann, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After having played for 29 minutes, Zülfü Yalazay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NoWayOut's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zülfü Yalazay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, NoWayOut's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Heidemann came free, but Ergün Şener reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Alvi Verde booed when NoWayOut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samet Ergökmen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind NoWayOut's goalkeeper Ergün Şener, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ergün Şener took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peker Suersan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Conrad Mattern hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pascal Klingen during the 54th minute. Lauro Argandoña's late challenge caught a Alvi Verde's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lauro Argandoña helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, NoWayOut's Lauro Argandoña got a free kick in the 60th minute. Ergün Şener stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leandro Heidemann's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. 69 minutes in the game Jordy van der Stoel did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Durval Proença. Ergün Şener showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilbert Ugalde, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Alvi Verde fully deserved thier win.
