The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Daniel Arce made a precise shot to the right of Teodoro Lucero. Paso FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Fred Kinnman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 10 minutes into the game, Daniel Arce cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Teodoro Lucero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 13th minute, Daniel Arce left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Suleskard fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Teodoro Lucero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Arce, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Fred Tofte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 20th minute, Vladimiro Emesto made a precise shot to the right of Teodoro Lucero. Paso FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. In the 23rd minute, Kenneth Hanssen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Suleskard getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Vladimiro Emesto hit a great ball. Ådne Østvang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Tajo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29thth minute of the game Daniel Arce who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paso FC's Teodoro Lucero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Sobah Garcha fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paso FC's protests and gave Sobah Garcha a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st match minute, Paso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sobah Garcha to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Vladimiro Emesto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teodoro Lucero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After some careless play in the Paso FC defense, Daniel Arce kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodoro Lucero. The Paso FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodoro Lucero should have stopped the shot. After 41 played minutes, Paso FC's Elijo Conchas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ådne Østvang came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Paso FC reached it. In the 47th match minute, Suleskard was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iulian Babeș to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Elijo Conchas from long distance, 48 minutes into the match, got Ådne Østvang's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After the first half Suleskard were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Arce to strike the kick off in the second half. Teodoro Lucero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladimiro Emesto in the 51st minute. Paso FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Vladimiro Emesto scored to the left of an out of position Teodoro Lucero, making the score, 0-7. In the 55th minute Daniel Arce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Lucero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Arce got free with Teodoro Lucero in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paso FC's goalkeeper Teodoro Lucero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teodoro Lucero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Arce in the 58th minute of the match. Elijo Marica hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the game, Fred Tofte cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Teodoro Lucero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Daniel Arce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodoro Lucero was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Daniel Arce blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodoro Lucero having to make a save. Teodoro Lucero came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Suleskard's Daniel Arce. But to his dismay, Daniel Arce quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. 68 minutes into the match, Paso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Arce came free, but Teodoro Lucero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Paso FC's zone, Fred Tofte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Lucero came out of the goal and Fred Tofte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Paso FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Tomas Piearres hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Elijo Marica had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ådne Østvang. Suleskard's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elijo Marica was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-9. 76 minutes into the match, Paso FC's goalkeeper Teodoro Lucero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Arce. In the 77th minute Fred Tofte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Lucero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sobah Garcha kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Teodoro Lucero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the match, Paso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Emesto came free, but Teodoro Lucero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Arce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Teodoro Lucero made a huge save. The supporters of Paso FC booed when Suleskard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Emesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Suleskard could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Paso FC throughout the match.
