Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Fredrik Norberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aurelio Abancens came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by BELAJ BOYS's Edgar Eklund. But to his dismay, Edgar Eklund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Aurelio Abancens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Hedbom in the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Eklund in the 14th minute of play forced Deportivo Mandiyu's goalkeeper Aurelio Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When BELAJ BOYS's Baturalp Yenal in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Deportivo Mandiyu's goalie prevented a goal. When Edgar Eklund fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BELAJ BOYS's protests and gave Edgar Eklund a yellow card for diving instead. Edgar Eklund hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Deportivo Mandiyu's Chiquito Benítez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fredrik Norberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Deportivo Mandiyu's Chiquito Benítez was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 21st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 26th match minute, Deportivo Mandiyu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Lema to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benigno Larpe got free with Fredrik Norberg in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Chiquito Benítez took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Fredrik Norberg to make any attempt to save it. In the 36th minute Baturalp Yenal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Abancens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deportivo Mandiyu's Aurelio Abancens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baturalp Yenal in the 40th minute of play. Deportivo Mandiyu's attentive Ignacio Lopez managed to snatch the ball when Fritz Örnberg made a throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game. Aurelio Abancens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Hedbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chiquito Benítez to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Chiquito Benítez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Chiquito Benítez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Fredrik Norberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fredrik Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquito Benítez, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jarl Waller got free with Aurelio Abancens in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ingmar Alefors kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Jonatan Hedbom might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aurelio Abancens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonatan Hedbom ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Deportivo Mandiyu's Aurelio Abancens got control of the ball when Edgar Eklund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edgar Eklund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Aurelio Abancens made a huge save. Chiquito Benítez scored 4-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fredrik Norberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Deportivo Mandiyu made a substitution. Anselmo Cesario replaced Lucas Oalo. 78 minutes into the game, BELAJ BOYS's Jonatan Hedbom nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Abancens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Fredrik Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Bronco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Abancens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarl Waller, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Edgar Eklund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurelio Abancens. Deportivo Mandiyu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Eklund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. After 89 played minutes BELAJ BOYS got a freekick which was hit by Ingmar Alefors. Fredrik Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Bronco, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the game, Deportivo Mandiyu's Arne Bronco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fredrik Norberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. In the 96th minute of the match Ingmar Alefors sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aurelio Abancens skillfully saved the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the BELAJ BOYS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Deportivo Mandiyu.
